A Trident producer Robin Cable was working at this Beach boy song and thought Freddie&#8217;s voice was perfect for that song.Goin&#8217; Back was an old Goffin &amp; King song. This is the rarest lurex UK 45 also because it &#8216;s a slighlty different remix\/cut; it features 20 sec (total 3.26 min)\u00a0 more as fade out than the standard UK issue but the full 3.26 version can be found also on the german 7&#8243;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>This\u00a0\u00a0UNIQUE\u00a0\u00a0 1 SIDED TEST PRESSING\u00a0 was\u00a0 &#8216;commisioned&#8217;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 BY\u00a0 Freddie Mercury\u00a0 HIMSELF.!!!\u00a0 I\u00a0 have\u00a0 it\u00a0 on\u00a0 good authority\u00a0and\u00a0 was\u00a0 told IN PERSON\u00a0that\u00a0\u00a0 these\u00a0 TEST PRESSINGS\u00a0 were\u00a0 actually\u00a0 commisioned\u00a0 BY\u00a0 Freddie Mercury\u00a0 later\u00a0 in\u00a0 Queen&#8217;s\u00a0 career (AFTER &#8217;73)\u00a0 as\u00a0 he\u00a0 couldnt\u00a0 actually\u00a0 get copies\u00a0 of\u00a0 the standard\u00a0 original\u00a0 release for himself or his friends. He\u00a0 wanted\u00a0 a\u00a0 quantity\u00a0 pressed\u00a0 at\u00a0 the EMI PLANT\u00a0 andso\u00a0 he\u00a0 duely\u00a0 got\u00a0 what he\u00a0 wanted.\u00a0 EMI\u00a0 pressed\u00a0 a\u00a0 small\u00a0 quantity\u00a0 on\u00a0 &#8216;white label&#8217;\u00a0 WITH\u00a0 white\u00a0 &#8216;plain sleeves&#8217;\u00a0 and\u00a0 this\u00a0 is\u00a0 how\u00a0 this UNIQUE item\u00a0 came about. They are\u00a0 &#8216;TEST PRESSINGS&#8217;\u00a0 due to the\u00a0 fact\u00a0 that very little was produced as commisioned by Freddie. Freddie\u00a0 wanted\u00a0 copies\u00a0 to\u00a0 give\u00a0 to\u00a0 close freinds\u00a0 ETC,\u00a0&#8216;Jim Jenkins&#8217; has one\u00a0 and\u00a0 Freddie\u00a0 gave copies\u00a0 to\u00a0\u00a0&#8216;Peter RATTY Hince&#8217; &#8216;Peter Straker&#8217;\u00a0(TO MENTION A FEW) \u00a0ALL\u00a0 &#8216;Friends and\u00a0 associates&#8217;\u00a0\u00a0of\u00a0 Freddie\u00a0 &amp;\u00a0 Queen.\u00a0 These\u00a0 TEST PRESSINGS\u00a0 were\u00a0 pressed\u00a0 at\u00a0 EMI\u00a0\u00a0either\u00a01976\u00a0 or\u00a0 1977,\u00a0 3-4years\u00a0 after\u00a0 the original release.
