This is the original Japan paper bag (front and back) given to customers who bought early copies of the LP. A similar idea was later used in the 2005 UK LP reissue of A Night At The Opera.

These covers keep drawing an audience decades later: at Discodays in Naples in 2015, a body-painted model posed for a 40th-anniversary display with dozens of these worldwide editions mounted on the wall behind her.
